ORDERING GUIDE
Joining the family of Andersen instrument owners is an exciting opportunity for you to own the instrument of your dreams. I can appreciate how deeply personal a custom instrument purchase can be, so I want to make sure that your questions are answered throughout the building process, and that you are completely satisfied with the instrument you order.

CUSTOM INSTRUMENT ORDERS
In placing an order for a custom instrument, you have the opportunity to specify, at no extra charge, neck width and shape as well as desired tonal qualities. I also welcome the opportunity to discuss with you the variety of options that will make your instrument unique. Among the most requested options are: European and Adirondack spruce tops; European maple backs and sides; one-piece domestic maple backs; Magnetic pickups for the Archtop Models; Brazilian rosewood back and sides for the Concert Model; custom inlay work; and Calton fiberglass cases. Please contact me for specific options available on your instrument.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
When ordering your custom instrument, a 25% deposit, payable by personal check, is required. At that time, I will give you an estimated date of completion as well as "lock-in" your quoted price until your instrument is finished. When your instrument is completed, the final payment can be made by certified check, or by personal check (allowing time for your check to clear my bank). Your instrument will then be shipped via FedEx or UPS overnight service.
